ali88 reserves the right to request, at any time and at our sole discretion, documentary verification of your identity, age, address, and payment method. Documents typically requested include a copy of your MyKad or passport, proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill), and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ali88 may be suspended or closed.
ali88 accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels available to Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

The ali88 name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are trademarks of ali88. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ali88, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be wholly excluded under mandatory applicable law, ali88's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ali88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably believe that: (a) a User has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes; (c) a regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so; or (d) the User has provided false information during registration.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ali88 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds in your Account balance that are not subject to outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within ten (10) business days, subject to KYC verification requirements being satisfied.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ali88 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of either party giving notice of the dispute, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral authority under ali88's operating licence jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent ali88 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
ali88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ali88 will notify registered Users by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or urgent operational necessity.
Your continued use of the ali88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
